The road to Instructional Design Excellence
I began as a facilitator and coach, became and instructional designer, then shifted into curriculum strategy and eventually leadership. Each step taught me how people learn, what teams needs to succeed, and how learning systems must fit the real work. This journey shaped the leader I am today.
Coach / Facilitator
I began my career in coach and facilitation. I helped people understand complex processes by breaking them down simply. This is where I learned how people think, learn, and respond to guidance.
Instructional Designer
I moved into Instructional Design to build learning that solved problems. I designed workshops, simulations, eLearning, and ILT programs rooted in real-world application.
Senior ID / Program Manager
As my projects grew in scale, I led cross-functional programs, build blended solutions, and partnered with SMEs to modernize training across business units.
Instructional Design Manager
I coached and mentored instructional designers, redesigned curriculum frameworks, build standards and templates, and shaped how we approach learning across the org.
Chief of Staff
I supported executive leaders with culture, communication, hiring strategy, All Hands events, and operational alignment. During my time in this dual rotational volunteer role, I strengthened my strategic, organizational, and leadership lens.
Learning Architect & Design Leader
Today, I bridge design, strategy, and leadership to build learning ecosystems that elevate both people and performance.
